Make 2 hamburger patties by hand ½” thick.
Place 1 slice of cheese & 1 slice of sweet onion on one patty. Place 2nd patty on top and knead together around edges.
Wrap with a bacon strip and secure with toothpicks, rub Cavender’s Greek Seasoning generously on each side and place on charcoal grill.
Cook each side 15 to 20 minutes.
