Lance-Owner/President and husband of Cara--“Fearless Leader” who wears lots of hats around Cavender's. Lance keeps all things running smoothly in the plant and helps keep track of all ingredients and costs. His former transportation background sprinkled with sales expertise and mechanical maintenance is vitally important around here! If you dont' find Lance at the seasoning plant, he will most likely be on his farm with his cattle or out looking for some type of wildlife!
