5 cups water
2 Tablespoons Cavender's Greek Seasoning
1 small onion chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup with herbs
1 bag SOUTHERN STYLE HASHBROWNS (frozen)
1 bag Velveeta Cheese (2 cups) shredded
2 cups cubed ham
Bring water to a boil. Add onion and greek seasoning and stir well. Then add hashbrowns and simmer for 15 minutes uncovered. Add chicken soup, ham cubes and cheese. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. REMOVE FROM HEAT and DON’T let the cheese scorch! Good served with cornbread.
