Cavender's, All purpose greek seasoning

Bud's Summer Sausage Packets

1 LB summer sausage cut into 2” pieces
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 large sweet onion sliced thin
1 med green bell pepper cut into strips
1 zucchini squash sliced thin
1 yellow squash sliced thin
1 LB chicken tenders cut into 1” pieces
2 med tomatoes cut into wedges
1/2 cup butter cut into 8 cubes
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Cavender’s Greek Seasoning

In large bowl, combine first eight ingredients.  Stir in chicken and tomatoes.  Add greek seasoning and toss to coat.  Divide mixture among eight double thick heavy duty foil pieces folded into pockets.  Top each with a butter cube.  Fold foil around mixture and seal tightly.  Grill over medium heat for 25 minutes.  Carefully open packets to allow steam to escape.  Drizzle with Italian dressing before serving.
