1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 level teaspoon black pepper
1 TB Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 large onion (chopped)
Put meat in pan with water to keep from sticking. Boil slowly 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Add balance of ingredients and boil slowly for 10 minutes stirring often.
