6 small round CORN tortillas
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
Cavender's Greek Seasoning
sliced jalapenos (if desired)
Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Place tortillas on sheet and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add jalapeno slices if desired. Lightly sprinkle greek seasoning on top of each. Place under broiler for 2-4 minutes until cheese melts and top is lightly browned. Serve with salsa, sour cream or any of your favorite toppings.
